-->For surveillance, it’s better to use 5GHz AP to prevent much interference from 2.4GH equipments. The WNAP-7300 is 300Mbps wireless AP, which has more wireless bandwidth than the WNAP-6305 150Mbps wireless AP.

Q>What is the data rate (bandwidth) of WNAP-6305& 7300 in real world?
WNAP-6305 @ 4Km : 48Mbps.
WNAP-7300 @ 5Km : 88Mbps.

Q>DATA RATE of WNAP-6305 is 150Mbit in the spec and channel bandwidth is 20/40 from below picture.
I saw 20/40 in the menu and thought maximum data rate is 40Mbit, which is totally wrong.

-> To reach the 802.11n’s max. wireless speed, you need to double the channel width from 20MHz (802.11bg) to 40MHz (802.11n), then it will be able to extend the theoretical data rate up to 150Mbps. The 40MHz channel width is proposed in the 802.11n's standard.
In the other word, a wider channel can allow more data packet pass through than the narrow channel, that why in the theory of 802.11n, we can get the wireless speed up to 150Mbps with the 1T1R's design.
